Service User Champion
Freedom from Torture (FfT) is a national human rights charity that provides care and rehabilitation to survivors of torture. Some of our five national centres already involve service users. We now wish to establish best practice across the organisation. We want our clients to guide us. We want to be better at responding to their needs. We also want to recruit torture survivors as trustees to our board.
We are now recruiting a Service User Champion who will report directly to the Chief Executive. The successful candidate will be a torture survivor or have demonstrable empathy with torture survivors.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who believes strongly in our work and who knows how to work alongside people to bring about change.
We value diversity and welcome applicants from all parts of the community
