Training & Capacity Building Officer - Maternity Cover

The postholder will take the lead on coordinating national and international capacity building projects. To assess the capacity and learning needs of organisations that request support or are identified by FfT as a priority. To project manage the production of training programmes and materials for training, seminars and workshops.

Liaise with national and international organisations who have identified training and support needs. When appropriate initiate analysis of training needs, negotiate contracts, identify appropriate support, work with FfT trainers to support design and delivery of training (or intervention), including processing the evaluation forms and follow-up work.

To be responsible for organising the logistics of internal and external FfT training events, and supporting the Training and Capacity Building (T&CB) Team in delivering a programme of work at the national and international levels including the development and management of reporting and planning systems.
