Returning your item
We offer a limited-period 'no quibble' returns policy, should you wish to do so.
The period within which you can return your items is 14 days:
We can give you a refund for goods which are returned in a re-saleable condition.
Refunds will be processed immediately but within a maximum of 30 days.
Event and training ticket cancellation
We can only cancel your event booking providing there are 3 working days left prior to the event.
Where can I get help with my order?
If you have purchased tickets for an event or training a printout of the invoice should be used as your ticket.
For queries regarding events, please email email@example.com.

Delivery of your order
You should receive all your purchased items within seven working days of placing your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
If you have not received your order and it is after the expected date of arrival (allowing a couple of days for postal delays) then please contact us letting us know how you ordered and your contact details so we can look into this for you and, if appropriate, send a replacement. Please note that some items may be sent separately depending on where we hold stock.
If you have ordered goods for delivery outside of the UK, please allow additional time for your purchases to be delivered. Overseas deliveries are all sent via Royal Mail Airmail and should arrive at European destinations within three working days after despatch, and worldwide within five.
My item is damaged/faulty
