Take home your own terrarium - £50

Friendly east London plant expert, Alex the Plant Guy, will teach and guide you through the terrarium building process so there is no experience necessary. All plants, equipment and the terrarium are included. At the end of the workshop you can take home your creation, all whilst supporting a very worthwhile cause.

Karen, Freedom from Torture Horticultural therapist talk about how gardening can change lives. With guest experts by personal experience, people who have survived torture, sharing their life changing experiences in the garden and what they’ve learnt through the power of nature. 50 minutes of restorative EcoNIDRA is said to have the health benefits of three to four hours good nights sleep. The Eco Monkey will guide you through three journeys in this powerful nature lead mindful practice followed by foraged herbal teas. Bring own yoga mat.

Forest bathing for city slickers - FREE
