Take on something bigger

Taking part in the Manchester Marathon is a huge personal challenge. But when you take part for Freedom from Torture, you're helping make something bigger possible.

Every day, survivors of torture come to us needing specialist support to recover from the physical and psychological impact of torture.

Your fundraising helps us provide therapy, practical support and other specialist services for survivors, so they can heal from their experiences and rebuild their lives in the UK.

With your support, survivors can begin to heal, feel safe and strong again.
